With less than two weeks before Thanksgiving, the organizers of the community Turkey Day Feast are ramping up before the big day.
The annual tradition offers a free Thanksgiving dinner to those in need. There is a sit-down dinner, to-go meals, and deliveries.
The event is organized by local volunteers and churches in the area.
If you’re interested in making a donation or volunteering during the day you can visit the Butler Turkey Day Feast Facebook page.
If you would like to request a meal either for take-out or delivery, organizers ask that you reach out early by calling or texting 724-427-4153.
