Another new bill being introduced in Harrisburg once again aims to provide more transparency when building data centers.
The bill would prohibit state and local government agencies from enter into non-disclosure agreements for data center developments.
According to the bill’s memo, this would “remove a barrier to communication and dialogue about this important issue” and provide transparency to the public.
The bill was referred to the house Energy Committee.
