Cranberry Township residents will not see any new taxes in next year’s projected budget.
The recent proposal was put forward at the latest township meeting. Officials believe that the balanced budget will enhance community assets while also advancing infrastructure improvements.
According to the supervisors, the budget will address the following issues:
- Replacement of the Franklin Acres lift station
- Develop funding strategy for the Brush Creek Treatment Plant solids upgrade project
- Pinehurst culvert replacement
- Route 19 water line replacement strategy and design
- Update to the Transportation Impact Fee program
Planning projects include final engineering of the Community Park North Master Plan as well as development of the Powell Farm and Water Park Master Plans.
The final budget will go before the board on December 7th.
