For the second time in a matter of weeks, numerous areas across the county are once again dealing with flooding issues.
The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning that will run until 9:45 this morning.
The rain combined with an already saturated ground has led to rising creeks and streams throughout the area.
Starting around 6 p.m., the Butler County 911 Center began handling calls for flooded roadways and basements. Since that time, there have been more than 70 calls for floods and other incidents.
With the road closures, the has led the Knoch School District and Seneca Valley School District to move to a flexible instructional day and the Butler Area School District to call for a closure.
There are also power problems across the county, as First Energy estimates that 522 residents are without power this morning.
