
The American Red Cross is issuing a warning that blood supply is at historically low levels.
Officials say supply is so low that some patients relying on a transfusion may not receive the blood they need, and that may result in a delay in care.
A couple of blood drives are coming to Butler County in the next couple of weeks.
- 20 at American Legion Post 778 (11 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)
- 22 at LifePoint Alliance Church on Rt. 228 (1-6:30 p.m.)
- 28 at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church (12 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.)
