A flash flood watch is in effect as the remnants Tropical Storm Fred hit the area.
The flood watch remains in place until 8 p.m. tonight as much of the east coast deals with the large system.
Right now, current predictions are anywhere from one to two inches of rain.
PennDOT is asking drivers to take it easy this morning and throughout the day as conditions can become hazardous quickly.
Some of the stronger winds and storms may stay to our east today.
