State Representative Aaron Bernstine is coming under fire after videos were released that showed him encouraging his 5-year-old son to smoke a cigar and to use vulgar language.
The USA Today posted the videos earlier this week from the Republican representative’s Snapchat account that has since been deleted. Over the summer, Bernstine posted various videos that show him encouraging young kids to make disparaging comments about women.
Butler County Democrats are demanding Bernstine’s resignation.
The Pennsylvania House Republican Leaders have issued a call for Bernstine to resign immediately. Saying that as parents and fellow legislators, they are “disgusted” by Bernstines’s conduct, the GOP leaders advise Bernstine to “take the time necessary to focus on his family and repair his relationships.”
