Rep. Kelly Launches Congressional App Challenge

Congressman Mike Kelly is once again opening registration to his Congressional App Challenge.

The contest is open to students who design an app that could be used for a variety of purposes. Last year’s winner included a group of students from Knoch for their app “Epic Golf.”

Students in the 16^th Congressional District need to register by September 30^th to indicate that they will be participating in the challenge.

Final submissions are due by November 1^st.
