Congressman Mike Kelly is supporting a rollback of policies that are phasing out electric vehicles in California.
Kelly joined three Congressional Review Act resolutions that would reverse decisions by the EPA to allow California to ban the sale of gas vehicles by 2035.
Kelly argues that these rules will have drastic consequences to other states and in-turn potential car buyers.
He believes that these California rules are a “radical EV mandate” that doesn’t allow consumers to buy the car they think is right for them.
