A local lawmaker will be joined by a local business leader for a discussion about Internal Revenue Service monitoring of bank accounts.
In his role as ranking member of the House Ways and Means Subcommittee on Oversight, Republican U.S. Congressman Mike Kelly of Butler is hosting a virtual roundtable on Tuesday at 11 a.m. titled “The Devastating Consequences of Biden’s IRS Surveillance of Americans’ Bank Accounts”.
One of Kelly’s guests for this discussion will be NexTier President and CEO Clem Rosenberger. Kelly maintains that Democrats would like to expand the powers of the IRS in order to pay for an expanded social agenda.
This presentation will be streamed live on the Youtube page of the Ways and Means Committee Republicans.
