A number of restrictions on gatherings and restaurants will be eased starting Sunday.
Governor Wolf is moving forward with his decision to increase indoor dining capacity to 75 percent. Restaurants will also be allowed to resume bar service, and eliminate the need to order food with alcohol.
Capacity for other businesses like gyms and casinos will also increase to 75 percent.
Wolf is also increasing maximum occupancy for events. Indoor events can increase to 25 percent regardless of venue size. Outdoor events can move to 50 percent capacity.
However, the state’s mask mandate still is in effect and social distancing is encouraged.
