A man from Russellton was sentenced this week after he was found guilty of sexual exploitation of minors.
The Department of Justice said 44-year-old Michael Rearick was sentenced to 10 years in prison, followed by 10 years of supervised released.
Rearick was found guilty of taking a minor from Pennsylvania to Canada with the intent that the minor engage in criminal sexual activity.
Rearick was also ordered to pay $20,000 in restitution to the victim.
