A Sarver man was placed in the Butler County Prison after it’s alleged he choked a child.
Police were called to a Sarver home on January 17 for an active domestic incident.
It’s alleged that 51-year-old Paul Brosenitsch got into an argument with his adoptive child at the home. At one-point it’s alleged Brosenitsch attempted to put his hands on the child shoulder but then it’s alleged the victim became combative.
Once the argument became physical the victim removed their sweatshirt in attempt to escape from Brosenitsch. That’s when Brosenitsch is have alleged to used the sweatshirt to choke the victim.
Policed identified red marks on the victim’s neck when they arrived on scene.
Brosenitsch has been charged with strangulation, endangering the welfare of children, and simple assault. He was placed in the Butler County Prison on $15,000 cash bond.
