A Sarver man is facing charges after he allegedly harassed road crews that were performing construction work.
The incident happened back in late May on Sarver Road. Police say 51-year-old Cory Stephens of Sarver was harassing members of the Buffalo Township road crews who were working in front of his house.
At one point Stephens allegedly removed gravel that was placed in front of his house by the construction crews.
Stephens was charged with criminal mischief and institutional vandalism.
