Pittsburgh Penguins fell to the New York Islanders Friday night, 5-4.
Rickard Rakell led the Penguins with 2 goals. Sidney Crosby and Jason Zucker also had goals in the game, while Anders Lee and Brock Nelson each had 2 goals for the Islanders.
The Penguins return to action Saturday evening at home against the New Jersey Devils. Hear coverage of that game beginning at 5PM on WISR.

Karns City will take on Clarion-Limestone Saturday night at 6PM in the championship game after winning the Keystone Shortway Athletic Conference semifinals against Clarion, 62-49. Clarion-Limestone had defeated Union 56-51 in the other semifinal game.
Girls’
Moniteau – 45 North Clarion – 37
Redbank Valley – 58 Clarion – 24
Moniteau will face Redbank Valley in the KSAC championship game, which will take place Saturday night at 8PM.
College Basketball
The Western Pennsylvania Collegiate Conference championships will be held Saturday at Butler County Community College. Both BC3 teams will play in the championship games after finishing in first place for the season.
The BC3 women will meet Westmoreland County Community College for a 1PM tip-off at the Field House.
The BC3 Men will face the winner of the Westmoreland-Penn Highlands game in a match scheduled for 3PM.
The Slippery Rock University men and women’s basketball teams visit IUP Saturday. The women tip-off at 1PM and the men at 3PM.
The Pitt men’s basketball team will visit Viriginia Tech for a 5PM tip-off. Pitt enters 19-7 and 12-3 in the conference.
