Crews were called to the scene of a vehicle accident with a school bus with children aboard in Connoquenessing Township this morning.
The crash was reported just after 10:30 a.m. on the 100 block of Connoquenessing School Road near Connoquenessing elementary school.
Details on the accident aren’t clear but according to dispatch an adult woman suffered a wrist injury and was complaining about chest pain. She was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital for her injuries.
The children on the bus were evaluated by the school nurse but no one child was transported to the hospital.
The scene was cleared in under an hour.
