The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board will not change a rule that would allow self-excluding bettors to return to casinos.
The proposal would have included casinos in the standard betting automatic ban lifting that apply for online gaming, sports betting, and video game terminals.
Going forward those who self-exclude from betting will still be required to manually remove themselves from the list.
