Senator Bob Casey has announced funding for improved access to the Internet for roughly 12,000 Pennsylvanians.
Through the capitol projects fund established under the American Rescue Plan, Pennsylvania will receive $20 million for expanded high-speed internet access, computers, tablets, and wi-fi devices.
In a release Casey said Pennsylvania’s future depends on further investment in to “high-speed internet access for every community—rural, urban, and everything in between.”
This money is on top of $200 million total delivered by Casey through the Capitol Projects fund.
