A new report from the Senate is offering more details and critiques of the July 13th shooting at the Butler Farm Show last year.
The Senate released the report yesterday and it offered a number of problems in the planning and response to the attempted assassination of President Donald Trump.
The report says the gunman went undetected for 45 minutes prior to the shooting. It also says there were line of sight vulnerabilities that were not addressed and an inexperienced drone prevention operator.
Senators were also critical of the punishment issued to Secret Service agents involved.
