The Seneca Valley boys and Mars girls basketball teams clinched playoff spots following victories Tuesday.
Boys Basketball:
–Seneca Valley defeated Woodland Hills 45-38. With the victory, the Raiders have clinched a Class 6A playoff spot.
–Mars fell 73-66 to Lincoln Park.
–Highlands-65 Freeport-44.
–Moniteau-71 North Clarion-57.
–Karns City-50 Union-30.
–Mercer-54 Slippery Rock-49.
Girls Basketball:
–Mars clinched a playoff spot following a 43-30 win over Montour. Alexis Cashdollar led Mars with 26 points. She has moved to within eight points of 1,000 in her career.
–Pine-Richland defeated Butler 54-26.
