The Seneca Valley School District is making a hire to an administrative position that oversees school finance and funding.
During a school board meeting last month, members approved the hiring of Dana Kirk to the position of Business Manager.
Kirk previously worked for the Pine Richland School District as Director of Financial and Operational Services for ten years. She also spent five years as an auditor for Maher Deussel in Pittsburgh.
Kirk will work with current Business Manager Lynn Burtner for a smooth transition when Burtner retires in December after nearly 15 years of service with Seneca Valley.
