The Seneca Valley School District is proposing a tax increase in next year’s budget.
The board was presented a proposed budget of $187 million with a millage increase 5.03 mills or 3.5 percent.
The budget will now be made available for at least 30 days for public comment before a final vote.
The earliest the board could finalize the budget is June 8th.
