A local school district is once again preparing to host an annual holiday event for senior citizens in the community next week.
The Seneca Valley School District will host their 27th annual Senior Holiday Event on Monday, December 22nd from 12:30 to 3 p.m. at the Intermediate High School in Harmony. Doors open at noon.
Senior Citizens living in the Seneca Valley area can enjoy musical performances by various high school student groups followed by a sit-down holiday meal in the cafeteria. Also, SV students with the National Honor Society and JROTC will be assisting with this event.
This event is free, but reservations are due tomorrow (12/15). Reservations can be made by calling 724-452-6040 extension 0.
