Earlier this week, Governor Josh Shapiro has called on a major energy provider to lower energy prices.
At the PJM Summit on Monday, the governor called for PJM to modernize their services to lower rising energy costs.
During the summit in Philadelphia, the governor did confirm he and neighboring states would be prepared to leave PJM in effort to lower costs.
Last year the Governor sued PJM in attempt to prevent rate spikes but later agreed to a settlement that Shapiro claims saved consumers billions of dollars.
