Pennsylvania has joined a coalition of states to block the President from sending the national guard into the states.
This legal action comes as the President Donald Trump attempts to send the national guard into states across the country.
The challenge in court calls the action of sending state troops into states with no rebellion “unconstitutional.”
Attorney General Dave Sunday did not include his name on the brief, the 14 other state Attorney General’s did include their name on the brief.
