Governor Josh Shapiro is set to present his first budget to the state legislature today.
The Democratic governor is expected to outline his major priorities for the upcoming legislative session.
He’s eyeing big changes to the public school funding system and looking to make Pennsylvania more business friendly.
Most of the budget plans however have been kept under wraps.
Shapiro will begin the address at 11 a.m.
