Local residents have an opportunity this weekend to have documents shredded while helping programs for those in need.
Shred-It Document Destruction will hold the event Saturday from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. in the parking lot of Mars High School.
Any personal or business documents like bank or credit card statements can be professionally shredded without having to get out of your vehicle. Items like plastics, batteries, or metals cannot be shredded.
Donations will be accepted to benefit Rich-Mar Rotary and Satellite Club projects for those in Butler and northern Allegheny Counties.
