A group of local students is welcoming the public to an event later this week.
The Slippery Rock University’s Black, Indigenous, and People of Color’s Group for Performing and Visual Arts is holding an Arts Celebration tomorrow (Wednesday) at 7:30 p.m. at the Performing Art Center’s Miller Theater.
The evening will include student efforts in music, dance, art, and theater as a way to explore identity, storytelling, and diversity.
Tickets are $10 for general admission, $5 for college and high school students, and free for SRU students through the SRU website.
