Slippery Rock Borough is extending the deadline for applicants to their police department.
The borough is looking to establish a police officer eligibility list.
In order to be eligible, applicants must have proof of a police training school and be at least 21, among other requirements.
The deadline to apply has been extended to January 7th. The physical and written test will then be January 10th.
