A Slippery Rock man is facing assault charges after he allegedly kicked a police officer.
State police say they were called to a home in the 600 block of Kiester Road last Monday night to deal with a domestic dispute.
When the officers arrived, she said she saw 31-year-old Robert DuBois kicking and biting two other people inside the home.
Then DuBois kicked one state trooper and also tried to spit on a few others.
DuBois was charged with assault and had to be taken to Butler Memorial Hospital to be treated for injuries.
