Congressman Mike Kelly will have a primary challenger.
Tim Kramer of Slippery Rock has filed paperwork to run in the Republican primary for the 16th Congressional District.
According to Politics PA, Kramer is the coordinator of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program with the United Way.
The 39-year-old Kramer is a graduate of Butler County Community College.
Kelly announced he is seeking re-election for a seat he has held since 2010.
