The Slippery Rock Volunteer Fire Company is purchasing a new fire truck.
The organization announced on social media they have bought a “Pierce Enforcer Pumper” which will serve as their new rescue engine.
The truck will be custom made and will take about three years to build and get delivered.
The fire company currently uses an apparatus from 2007.
