Those who would like to once again safely enjoy many outdoor recreation activities will be able to do so later this week.
Governor Tom Wolf has announced that his administration will lift some restrictions on outdoor recreation businesses beginning Friday.
Businesses expected to be permitted to reopen include golf courses, marinas, guided fishing trips, and privately owned campgrounds. Campgrounds in state parks will remain closed through May 14th.
CDC guidelines for visiting recreational facilities will remain in place such as stay close to home, maintain social distancing, minimize risk of spreading infection, practice good hygiene, and have a plan for kids.
