The Slippery Rock University football team will host the Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs tonight in a first-ever meeting between the programs. Minnesota Duluth enters tonight’s match-up ranked 12th in the nation. Slippery Rock was voted just outside of the Top-25 in the AVCA preseason poll. They were voted to finish second behind IUP in the PSAC-West pre-season poll.
Tonight will be SRU’s annual “White-Out” Game. Kick-off is 6pm. Hear the game on The Rock Station 97.7fm beginning with the Coach Shawn Lutz Show at 5:30pm.
The SRU football games are being simulcast this year on Beaver County Radio stations WBVP and WMBA.
