The East-West Shrine Bowl will be played tonight in Frisco, Texas. The stadium where the game is being played serves as the Dallas Cowboys practice facility. Kick-off is 7pm. The game will be televised on the NFL Network. Slippery Rock University left tackle Joe Cooper will be part of the roster for the West team. He is the only Division II player invited to the showcase event. Cooper is among 100 NFL hopefuls who are attempting to increase their stock.
