As the calendar flips to another month, Pennsylvania is still without a state budget.
The deadline was set for June 30th; however lawmakers have not been able to reach an agreement.
The lack of a budget means school districts, local governments, and more are not receiving their intended money from the state government.
This is now the longest budget impasse in the state since the 2015-16 budget that lasted nine months.
