The state House of Representatives unanimously approved a bill to officially change Pennsylvania’s primary date to June 2nd.
The law also allows for the consolidation of polling locations if the coronavirus pandemic continues into the summer.
Lawmakers are urging residents, especially those who are at-risk, to apply and complete a mail-in ballot—which are allowed for the first time in the state’s history.
