Pennsylvania State Police are looking for a man who stole a vehicle and was then involved in a hit and run crash.
The vehicle is a 2015 White Buick Verano with a PA license plate NDL-4500. Police believe the vehicle is being operated by Donovan Philpot who is accused of a hit and run crash Monday morning in the stolen vehicle.
Philpot is a 6-foot black man and last seen wearing a Jamaican Flag Zip up hoodie and is believed to no longer have facial hair.
