The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) and Department of Human Services (DHS) are once again partnering up the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP).
LIHEAP is a federally funded program aimed to help low income induvial stay warm and safe during winter months. The program will help with heating bills for renters and home owners and the application period is already open and will close on April 5, 2024.
