A new state website aims to more easily connect residents with state services and information.
Governor Josh Shapiro and the Commonwealth Office of Digital Experience announced the launch of the newly designed and streamlined “PA.gov” earlier this week.
This new site creates a single service-focused experience where residents will be able to search using a navigation tab with results directing them to the service they need without needing to know which agency provides the service. These changes were made with input from hundreds of residents along with interviews and survey responses.
This is the first phase in an ongoing transformation for all 64 state agency websites expected to be completed early next year.
