State Police are releasing the entire DUI enforcement data from the Thanksgiving Day weekend.
During the four-day period, state police investigated 1,183 crashes that led to 186 injuries and six fatalities. Police say alcohol played a role in 61 of those crashes.
Police also arrested 458 people for driving under the influence. That’s a decrease of 79 from last year’s 537 arrests.
Police say they issued just over 27,000 citations overall for other traffic violations, with speeding being the most common infraction.
