The Pittsburgh Steelers have claimed wide receiver Miles Boykin off waivers from the Baltimore Ravens. The 25-year old Boykin is a former Notre Dame teammate of Chase Claypool who spent his first three seasons in Baltimore, but battled injuries. He brings a 6-foot 4-inch frame at 220 pounds. He caught 32 passes for 464 yards in his first two seasons with the Ravens, but had just one reception in eight games last year. He began the season on injured reserve and was inactive in five of the final eight games. By claiming him off waivers, the Steelers will be responsible for his $2.54 million salary cap hit for the upcoming season.
