The Pittsburgh Steelers announced their final roster cuts on Saturday, as the team trims their roster from 80 players to 53.
Some of Saturday’s roster moves included:
- Quarterback and former 2016 first round pick Paxton Lynch
- Running back Trey Edmunds (brother of Steelers’ safety Terrell Edmunds)
- Wide receiver and returner Ryan Switzer
- Offensive lineman Derwin Gray
- Defensive lineman Dan McCullers
- Linebacker Tuzar Skipper
Pittsburgh’s first regular season game of 2020 is scheduled for Monday, September 14th, when they take on the New York Giants.
