Pittsburgh Steelers fullback Roosevelt Nix has been added to the Pro Bowl roster in place of New England’s James Develin. The Steelers now have 10 players on the AFC roster for this Sunday’s game in Orlando. Head coach Mike Tomlin and his coaching staff will led the AFC team.
Long-time Steelers defensive coordinator Dick LeBeau will not return to the Tennessee Titans next season. LeBeau was the defensive coordinator under Mike Malarkey, who was fired following the Titans loss to New England in the AFC playoffs. LeBeau, who is now 80, recently completed his 59th season in the NFL. Tennessee has hired new coach Mike Vrabel, a one-time Steeler.
Steve Wilks has been hired as the new head coach of the Arizona Cardinals. The 48-year old Wilks had been the defensive coordinator for the Carolina Panthers. He replaces Bruce Arians, who retired after the season.
