Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin confirmed Tuesday that quarterback Aaron Rodgers did suffer a fracture in his left wrist in Sunday’s victory over Cincinnati. Tomlin said the team will let the week unfold to determine whether Rodgers will be able to play through the injury, or if Mason Rudolph will make his first start for the team since January of 2024.
The Steelers visit the Chicago Bears Sunday at 1pm. The game can be heard on WISR.
Aaron Rodgers has a career record of 24-5 against the Bears, a division rival while he was in Green Bay. He has thrown 60 touchdowns against the Bears, more than any other NFL team.
The Steelers remain three point underdogs for this weekend’s game. Interesting note – the Steelers have not won a game in Chicago since 1995 and are 1-12 all-time there.
