The Pittsburgh Steelers defeated the Houston Texans 28-21 Sunday at Heinz Field. James Conner scored the game-winning touchdown in the fourth quarter. He rushed 18 times in the game for 109 yards. The Steelers defense sacked Houston quarterback Deshaun Watson five times and held the Texans scoreless in the second half.
Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger threw for 237 yards and two touchdowns. Roethlisberger played in his 221st game – breaking the all-time Steeler mark set by Mike Webster.
Rookie running back Anthony McFarland made his NFL debut, and carried the ball six times for 42 yards.
The Steelers are now 3-0 for the first time in a decade –and just third time in coach Mike Tomlin’s tenure. They visit Tennessee this Sunday at 1pm.

–Kansas City will visit the Baltimore Ravens. Kick-off is 8:15pm.
Also over the weekend at Heinz Field – The Pitt Panthers defeated Louisville 23-20 Saturday. With the win, Pitt and the Pittsburgh Steelers are off to 3-0 starts for the first time since 1982.
