As part of the ongoing Route 68 work in Connoquenessing Township, a side road will be closing for nearly a month.
PennDOT says that Stevenson Road will be closed starting Tuesday and running through June 5th.
Crews will be working on a full depth roadway replacement that stretches past Stevenson Road.
A detour will take drivers on Route 68 to Kriess Road.
This is a part of a three-year project to expand Route 68 and add turning lanes and other improvements.
