More than 200 homes were without power this morning in Butler County after last night’s strong storms.
After receiving some heavy rain around 12:30 p.m. yesterday afternoon, another stronger round of storms made its way into the area around 6 p.m.
The heavy rain and gusty winds resulted in multiple calls to the Butler County 911 Center for downed wires and trees.
A flood warning was then issued for the county late last night.
For now, the morning should be dry, but another round of storms are expected later today.
