Strong storms rolled in overnight and that’s left hundreds without power.
According to First Energy, there are more than 700 residents in the county with a power outage this morning.
Central Electric Cooperative also says there are more than 500 of their members with outages.
The storms have kept emergency crews busy through the overnight hours. The Butler County 911 Center has handled nearly two dozen calls for trees and wires down.
Drivers are urged to use caution this morning and avoid driving over any downed wires as they may be live.
