A local student will face charges after they allegedly assaulted a teacher last month in Summit Township.
According to State Police, a 26-year-old teacher at Summit Academy was assaulted by a student just before 4 p.m. on November 9th.
Authorities say that the teacher suffered minor injuries following the altercation.
Police did not immediately identify the charges that will be filed against the student.
